U2 Tribute Band to Play for Charity in lieu of Postponed U2 Show

What?

Over 60,000 people were let down when U2 postponed their June 12 tour date here in Denver. Local firm Workforce Insight has decided to turn that disappointment into a unique opportunity to help others while still getting to enjoy U2 music.

Who?

Denver-based firm Workforce Insight is sponsoring the U2 tribute band "Under a Blood Red Sky" to play in lieu of the postponed U2 concert. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Volunteers of America's Colorado branch.

When?     

Saturday, June 12, 2010. Doors open at 9pm.

Hard Rock Café, 500 16th Street Mall, Denver, CO, 80202

A silent auction featuring sports and music memorabilia will be held from 9-10pm and all proceeds will benefit Volunteers of America's Colorado Branch.
